My name is Karriem Cherry and I am a proud father of 2 beautiful girls first and a business entrepreneur second. I'm currently a real estate investor, licensed real estate agent and licensed insurance agent, including a real estate mentor as well and this my passion. I service the North Shore area by providing real estate solutions for distressed homeowners losing their home to foreclosure, bankruptcy or any other financial situation.

My company and I also buy distressed and abandoned houses in low-income neighborhoods and rehab them for low-income families and first time homebuyers. We have taken a niche in providing a lot of our properties at whole sale prices.

I have decided to take our real estate investing and turn it into a community service initiative and incorporate "At-Risk" youth and unemployed contractors from our neighborhoods and provide them with work leadership opportunities.

CherryPickingProperties LLC is leading the forefront for the North Shore and takling some of our distressed properties situation and incorporating at-risk youth who some are our sons, daughters, other relatives and neighbors and providing them with job opportunities in the construction field as plumbers, contractors, electricians and other trades.

This is a community development program that addresses core issues facing low-income communities: housing, education, employment, crime prevention and leadership development. Low-income young people ages 16-24 work toward their GED or high school diploma while learning job skills by building affordable housing for homeless and low-income people and participating in leadership development activities in their communities.
